(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, when investigating organized crime, controlled investigation techniques (control delivery) or undercover operation investigation (under cover operation) and other suitable investigation methods can be adopted as needed. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "controlled investigative technique" means the use of any illegal item or the transfer of such item from one place to another under the knowledge or direct supervision of the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigating an organized crime or identifying a person involved in organized crime. It means the technique of transporting or transporting to a place.
(2) In order to investigate organized crime, the Investigating Officer may use surveillance as necessary.
(3) The details of the security under sub-section (2) shall be kept confidential as prescribed.
